Where do I stand in this world
When there is nothing left to live for?
Do I stand so low that nothing really matters,
or do I stand where things somewhat come together?
Where do I want to be
When people cry out my name?
Dead or alive,
In my room preferably.
Where do I stand
When my mother doesn’t want me?
Do I stand alone?
Stand unnoticed?
where do I stand when my mother
Doesn’t love me?
Do I stand unloved?
Stand unmentioned?
Where do I stand
When I feel like I’ve been
forgotten?
I stand unknown
Unloved,
Alone.
That’s where I stand in this world.

A blank sheet,
No words,
Nothing.
No feelings,
No movements
Still.
Life ,
Live,
Fulfill.
A sheet with words,
Is starting something small.
Some feelings,
Creating movements,
No longer still.
Life for one,
Live for all,
Fulfill in life.
Fantasy,
Dreams,
Don’t come true.
Love,
Happiness,
Isn’t there.
Sorrow,
Free,
Together as one.
Mystical creatures
Are coming to life,
As the children laugh
and play.
Hugs and kisses
Are being bestowed,
As our pain has come and gone,
We are free at last from our sorrow,
Together as one,
Together as angels.
Spread our wings and
Fly away,
Across the tranquil land.
As our memories begin to fade,
Tears of loved ones flow from
Faces.
And as we are slowly being forgotten,
Time is being mended,
And we are let go in a world
Apart from here.
So let us just spread our wings
And fly away.
Let us go where we belong.
In a separate world
away from it all,
Where we can be free,
And live forever together.
Forever happily,
Forever free,
Forever angels.

When we first met,

When I saw you standing
There like a charming young man
I knew you were for me.
Your eyes sparkled like the sun
but when I looked into your eyes
I knew there was something
missing.
I miss kissing you
and telling you how cute
You look
Now that we aren’t
